Hangars are pre-fabricated structures intended for organizing warehouses, production sites, sports and other premises on their territory. Today, the design of hangars from light metal structures is one of the most demanded services. Design objects

Hangars are classified according to their appearance; they are arched, hipped, polygonal and straight-walled. The design of prefabricated buildings assumes that these objects do not require powerful foundations and floors.

 Arched hangars

They are in demand due to the speed of installation, streamlined shape. They are divided into frameless and wireframe. For the first, metal sandwich panels are used, they are immediately mounted on the foundation. They are used for vegetable and granaries, garages, workshops. The latter are made with a metal frame at the base, to which the canvases are attached. They are stronger than frameless ones; they are used as farms, trade pavilions, sports halls, and administrative premises.

Tent hangars

They are structures with a narrowing upward, resembling a tent, with a gable roof, sloping walls. They are carried out by the frame method with the frame sheathing with a metal profile. Used for the construction of barns, farms, storage for grain, vegetables.

Polygonal hangars

They resemble hipped-roof structures, only their walls are vertical. For the construction, lattice girders are used, the frame is sheathed with a metal profile or sandwich panels. Used for car services, food warehouses, grain, vegetable stores, industrial bases, aircraft parking, sports and entertainment facilities.

Hangars are straight-walled

The objects are rectangular, vertical walls. Often they are built with several floors, a sufficient number of windows and doors. They use a metal frame as a base, sandwich panels for wall sealing. They are in demand for the creation of car washes, garages, service centers.

Such objects are divided into 4 classes, which determine their degree of danger:

Class I - extremely dangerous;
II class - high hazard;
III class - medium hazard;
IV class - low hazard.

Security, architecture features

The peculiarity of the creation of industrial facilities is their difference from other types of buildings due to the fact that they experience heavy loads. They are regulated by SNiPs, Codes of Rules, which determine the degree of fire resistance of buildings, withstand chemical and thermal loads, and moisture resistance. The main task is to provide a safe, comfortable environment for employees, the practicality of an enterprise with convenient approaches to it, logistics, storage conditions, and a good microclimate. The architecture in this case is less important, it is usually typical.
