Wheel Kit for Aluminium Gantry Cranes

• Facilitates the moving of the assembled Aluminium Gantry Crane without load.
• The leg and fork construction permits the lateral stands to remain upright when assembling and disassembling.
• The unloaded Aluminium Gantry Crane can easily be moved to the working area.
• The Wheel Kit spares any mounting and dismounting work.
• The spring mounted guide rolls allow the lateral stands to rest directly on the feet when under load.

• The Aluminium Gantry Crane is delivered ready-to-use including all connectors.
• incl. test protocol of electrical devices according to DIN VDE 0701/0702, BetrSichV, BGV A 3 (issued by our Electrical-Master-Company)
• Power supply 400 V / 16 Amp. 50 Hz, 5-pole with switch (standard version).
• Phase inverter CEE-connector, 5-pole.
• PUR-Spiral cable.
• The electrical connection for the chain hoist is made using a plug and socket connection, 6-pole. (Protection class DIN EN 60 529 IP66).
• All electrical components are appropriate for internal and external operating conditions.

   

   

  Attention:
  While using the electrified Aluminium Gantry Crane in external condition it is important to ensure that it is connected to an electric circuit with an appropriate ground-fault-circuit-interrupter.
  Please also make sure that there is no water ingress at the electrical components while the Crane is not in use (risk of corrosion/functional disorders).

Circulating tape

• The length of the circulating belt depends on the height of the crane and the length of the supporting beams.

• The circulating linen receives the necessary tension, i.e. the area under the carriage with the brake remains free.

• This design will make the user’s work as easy as possible.

Lateral Extension Beam in combination with Aluminium Gantry Crane as well as slab clamp (not included in delivery).

• This item is used when standard lateral stands cannot be placed directly behind the load (e.g. gravestone is close to or in front of a wall).
