Trolley busbar systems TBS-series. General technical characteristics.

The TBE series busbar system is a mobile busbar system that does not have cables, so the possibility of errors and failures caused by cables is eliminated. The busbar system can be used in combination with different current levels and in different ways.

• Rated current 40A/ 63A/ 75A/ 105A/ 130A/ 160A

• Standard configuration with 4 or 5 conductors

• TBE system of modular structure with a ready-made copper conductor inside the housing, 4 m long

• TBS system provides a continuous structure of the copper conductor along the entire length of the system.

• CPVC housing

• Standard length 4 m (intermediate lengths are available)

Reliability
As the system does not use moving cables, E-Line TBE is a safe solution. This eliminates the possibility of accidents and malfunctions associated with moving cables.

Personnel safety
As the conductors are located inside the PVC housing, the operating personnel are provided with maximum safety.

No need for expansion elements
As there is no connection between the conductors and their sockets, the necessary mobility is ensured between the PVC housing and the sliding suspension. Therefore, an expansion element is not used.

Functionality
Easy installation, as the conductors are supplied already built into the PVC housing. The system can include more than one trolley so that more than one device can be supplied from one busbar.
